Excellent professional! This watchmaker accepted and successfully completed the challenge of changing the strap on my Michel Herbelin watch with a strap outside the brand's official range, and significantly less expensive. Avoid at all costs! It's a scam! I left my watch there in December, a Tissot Gentleman. The mechanism needed replacing, so the watchmaker gave me a quote of €190, which I accepted. When I went to pick up the watch, he offered me a 2-year warranty extension, which I also accepted for €10. In total, I paid around €200 and left with my watch. J’ai fait réparer ma montre ce matin et je suis absolument ravi(e) du service ! L’horloger est d’un professionnalisme exemplaire, passionné par son métier et très à l’écoute. Il a pris le temps d’expliquer ce qui n’allait pas et a effectué la réparation avec soin et rapidité. Résultat impeccable ! C’est tellement agréable de rencontrer un artisan aussi compétent et sympathique. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Excellent service, the battery was changed in 5 minutes by a professional and friendly gentleman. He also repaired my bracelet free of charge (I had lost the small metal piece that holds the bracelet together). Thank you.
