I have continued seeing Nancy at Hormones by Design for well over 10 years because she is an excellent provider. I have remained loyal even after moving to Austin and traveling for work because I genuinely value the care she gives. Unfortunately, the front office experience has consistently been the opposite. I’ve been seeing Dr. Brumley for 5 mos now & she has turned my life around! After starting hormone therapy, I feel like myself again, which is an incredible feat after spending the last five years feeling like I had “left the building.” Dr. Brumley takes the time to review each line item of your bloodwork & symptoms, explaining how each correlates. She’s the kindest, most down to earth, provider & I look forward to our continued journey together!
