Dr Stumbo has been Amazing! She has the sweetest bedside manner, and takes the time to listen to you. No rushing in and rushing out. I am a fairly new patient. She has already helped tremendously. I highly recommend this office to all women looking for hormone relief.
I am so thankful for the Phoenix clinic and all the health that I’ve received there. Their staff is amazing and very friendly. I feel so much better and feel like myself again! I will forever be thankful!

I've been a patient at Hormones By Design in New Braunfels for over a year. They brought my testosterone up to a normal level and it's amazing how much my energy increased. Dr. Rae Benson is very easy to talk to and spends time with her patients. The staff is always pleasant and cheerful.

I am so thankful to find HBD! I came in a mess with a long list of symptoms and Dr. Stumbo was so compassionate and helped address all of them. I now am not wasting money trying to “diagnose myself” trying lots of different supplements but instead have a plan. I decided to do HRT and feel so much better. I am very thankful for the help!

I had my first appointment and was a little apprehensive about the whole process. From the staff at the the front desk to the lab tech to Dr Rae it was a flawless experience. They are so nice and take time to help you understand the process and what to expect. Dr Rae listened to all my concerns and helped me to navigate through them.
