Dr. Hornbrook’s work is amazing however it is a shame that he will not spend his time on patients who have complex problems but need limited work done (for example a couple of crowns). He made me feel like I was not important enough or rich enough for his time. I was specifically told by his team that « he focuses on mouths with substantial restoration needs » and « he spends most of his time at his place in Mexico and is not in the office much ».
