Not Sure 🤔 What’s Going On with the Isle This was very disappointing. They put our room right by the elevator which made a person like me that doesn’t sleep well at night have a difficult time trying to sleep due to the noise. Also, the coffee maker didn’t work, the phone didn’t work, No clock or radio or ironing board in the room.

Front desk staff not friendly, and the front desk manager checked us in, so no wonder the other staff the same way. Room smelled like onions or pickles, can’t put my finger on it!

Service at two cafe places were horrible-no server to sit customer even after a long wait, food also does not look good. If food services were better, this place could attract more people.

Elevators didnt work, 6 of us were stuck in Elevator for 20 minutes, emergency call button didnt work. Staff was like no big deal sorry about your loss. Restaurant was severly under staffed food was absolutely horrible, ordered prime rib for 35.00 and it was worst piece of meat ever it came came to us yellow in color! Had to wait half an hour to get check after asking for it. The good things are they are pet friendly and have plenty of places for smokers to enjoy!

Pedí 3 días distintos que limpiaran la habitación y no lo hicieron, ni siquiera cambiaron toallas o tendieron camas, me dijeron que no cobrarían los cargos del resort y me cobraron el precio completo.

Watch for extra charges They actually charge your credit card $75 for deposit and do not return for days to possibly weeks later I was told on check in. This is not stated on your site. I have had a charge held on my card before until I checked out then canceled when room is ok. This is actually charged and not even credited back right away.
