Never staying there again They couldn’t find one of my reservations the person checking me in was very rude and had to leave to have a cigarette. She was trying to check me in to my daughters room because we have the same last name and they told me the reservation number I had through hotels.com didn’t matter to them. The service was very slow. The elevators were dirty and there was dog poop by the elevators to the garage. The server in the restaurant was excellent. The refrigerators did not work so our food spoiled.

Disappointing My future wife is 7 months pregnant and I begged for a tub for her or a hot tub The stay was we were celebrating our engagement and she was very uncomfortable taking a shower there Front desk refuses to help me and sent me to the furthest room within the hotel knowing my lady was so far along pregnant The manager that day was aware of this but all he did was apologize For $514 a night with poor service My lady and I was disappointed and made me pay $20 for a late check out on top of this!!! We do apologize, however we do not have rooms that contain Tubs or Hot tubs. We do understand that your wife was uncomfortable during your visit requests such as near the elevator are fulfilled on a first come first served based on availability basis and for our guests most of the time it's not an issue. The manager at the farm cafe was excellent as usual. The customer service, checking in was rude and only concerned on charging my $10 because I arrived at 3. They had a blackout in Black Hawk. For half a day there was no communication. They didn't offer any forms of compensation. We had no food, no lights, no air, no water, no use of toilets. Their competitor across the street, The Monarch still had the casino open, operating bathrooms, and provided food, Needless to say that is where we went to ride it out. Very disappointe... read more

No housekeeping the entire stay! When we checked in, it was not disclosed that there was no housekeeping. After the first day of no housekeeping I tried dialing the front desk to inquire and the phone in our room didn't work. So I had to go to the front desk to get clean towels, coffee etc... After no housekeeping for 3 days we were finally told that housekeeping was by request only. Unfortunately that was the day we checked out. $171 per night- pure rubbish, poor service and zero communication!

The "breakfast buffet" on Saturday morning was not good. Eggs were cold. The potatoes tasted like fish. We were rudely turned away Friday night when we went for dinner. We were told they were short staffed and busy and she could not seat us and walked away. There were empty tables to seat us. This was at around 7:30 PM. Saturday night I ordered on line for the Dash Cafe, and waited for 45 minutes for them to message that our burgers were ready. I went downstairs to check and the order was "never received".
