Very disappointed. Check in was not a friendly situation. Spent two nights and they charged an additional 14.00 dollars each night for a keypass. Not mentioned in charge on web site. Our room was not serviced after the first night. Told me at check out, they are only serviced if you stay for three nights but we could have called for towels, etc. Not mentioned at check in. Will not be staying here again.

Over priced. Not worth the money for the location.

LIED too my face!! Poor service and cost me more $ Made reservations on 3rd party site i.e. Hotels.com and lady at front desk said she couldn’t find the reservation and that they were sold completely out..tells me to come back in a hour to see if the reservation was found...an hour later still nothing from Hotels.com but amazingly I speak with another receptionist and now had a room available at a higher price and obviously could not use any free night rewards like I was going to use..needless to say wasted a ton of time was... read more

Made reservations 2 months before hand. Check in at 4pm. At 410 pm was told to come back in an hour that no clean rooms were available. Lobby smelled like sewage. Room was barely clean. Water spots in bathroom. All the food options had over an hour wait. The whole place is understaffed and over run by guests. You guys can do better, your a billion dollar company. Corporate greed at ots finest. I WILL NEVER BE BACK OR RECCOMEND TO ANYONE.

Property is in excellent condition. We had a very difficult check in. The hotel did not show our reservation even though I showed them my confirmation number. After about an hour they finally gave us rooms.

Isle Casino When we first arrived. We were greeted by the smell of overflow toilets in lobby. Then we get to our room and the sink faucet is not attached to sink. They also have nothing to lovk adjoining room doors. We then saw that housekeeping didn't even make bed correctly. Im glad we didn't plan to spend a lot of time in hotel. Never will i do this again

No sheets for the bed. Comforter only. Very loud in rooms as walls are thin. We paid extra money for late check out but housekeeping woke twice in the morning. Also, room keys did not work twice.. had to go to front desk where female staff was extremely rude. Would never stay again. We had wonderful experiences at Monarch & AmeriStar!!!!
