I tried to cancel my stay due to an emergency but. I called before the cut off time BUT I COULDN'T GET THROUGH TO ANYONE!!! I WAS CHARGED A NIGHT ANDA LATE FEE. NEVER WILL I DEAL WITH EXPEDIA AGAIN . AND NEITHER WILL MY FRIENDS. I don'thave a lot of money. And now I have less. Kelly keller

Although this was a dog-free hotel and smoke-free hotel, a diff was yipping all night and the person in the room next to ours (we were in 841) was smoking cigarettes in the hall.

Trip was ok overall. Front desk was friendly but hotel room was not very clean. Screens of the windows fell out during our stay. Hotel was loud and could hear every word next door. Cleaners came at 8 am (check out at 11) and got mad that I didn’t have the “do not disturb” sign on the door. I asked if they could come back as we would be checking out in an hour and they came into my room, grabbed the do not disturb, muttered something in Spanish and put it on the door and shut the door rudely.

The Farmers Cafe had horrible food. Cod was not good and hamburger was raw.

No ac AC didn’t work
