We arrived to our room and it was filthy. The sheets were tossed in a bundle totally unmaid, garbage everywhere, used towels. it was clearly not up-kept between the last group within the room: very disappointed

Room was clean. Internet was bad would go out every 30 minutes while trying to work. Ice machines were not working on our floor. Fridge in room fan was noisy couldn’t fix.

There was a stain on the sheets.. also when i got to the hotel there were extra fees to pay

This rating has nothing to do with the hotel and everything to do with Expedia's false claim on the amenities page that this property is not pet friendly. We were so angry when we parked and noticed a nice, fenced off doggie area to take care of their business. Then we saw the big sign at the front desk that said pet friendly. We went well out of our way to board our pet and to discover it was unnecessary was very frustrating.

Staff would not clean room the entire stay. Getting clean towels and new trash bags was like pulling teeth. The female staff were nice but the male staff on duty during our stay were rude and very sarcastic. We will not stay there again.
