The facility overall is very nice, the reason for my not so great review was due solely to the overwhelming odor of cigarette smoke in my room.

No microwaves was very inconvenient. Coffee maker is broken and leaking.

I need my refund because I only stayed one night. I booked for two nights but only stayed for one night. I asked for a refund for my second night because I come up to play black Jack the black Jack tables were closed so I didn’t need to stay the extra night. I was told I’d get a refund but my credit card only shows pending refund of my security deposit of 64. Would like to get refunded for the night I didn’t stay. I checked out 2/ 8/2021. I’ve stayed at the Isle several times and like it. But there are other choices.

It was clearly a rip off to charge a resort fee when the lettering in the walls is missing , the shower and sink had no water pressure. It was 200 a night and they don’t even provide breakfast or any kind of complimentary items like toothpaste, brush, or even an extra pillow . I could’ve stayed at a dive hotel in my home town for less and had way more offered to us. I will definitely tell everyone I know how crappy this place is and to avoid the hotel at all costs

There was hair in the shower from previous guest, fridge door hardly closed and didn't keep our things cold. There was also hair on one of the beds blanket.
