Our house was struck by two tornados and the fringes of two hurricanes. Supplies were scariest, the Insurance company did not want to pay, and few were willing to work on partial payments and promises. We need to take a moment to say thanks to those who put a roof over our heads during a storm. Mike Horsley & company were kind, compassionate, capable, and competent. The house is completely renovated. Yes, there are disasters. But then there are heroes. Horsley is a hero!
I truly enjoyed working with Brandon and all the employees at Horsley Construction who handled my roof replacement. Brandon took me through this whole process with ease and care. He made me feel very comfortable. They were all sensitive to my needs, very professional, friendly and yet made me feel warm and respected. All the proper permits were pulled. All timelines were met. Horsley Construction recently replaced my roof with a GAF roofing system. Everyone at Horsley Construction has been so nice to work with; from Josh Shaw the salesman, Rick the roofing job supervisor, all the office personnel, and Mr. Mike Horsley. Can’t say enough good things about this company. I had to emergently seek roofing help due to insurance threats of cancellation. These guys quickly came to give quote…cheaper than my local options…I live in Marianna. Process was speedy and work superb. Great communication and professional job. They don't complete roofing detail that’s discussed prior to roofing. Then they (Mike owner, Josh Shaw sales mgr, Brandon Shaw roofing mgr, Jen & Kiesta office staff) don’t return phone calls and emails. Mike Horsley even said he’d come by and never did. Residential roofer wannabe’s that need to stick to commercial construction. Folks if you need a roof, pick you a “roofing” company, not a construction company.
