There is a young African-American male at the Sylva NC hotspot location who is very kind, generous and thoughtful. He goes above and beyond and I think he deserves recognition for sure- always has a great attitude! Unfortunately I do not know his name but I know he is in college and he works the night shift. **Also the hotspot in Bryson City, NC needs to get the 5 cents off of gas promotion just as the one in Sylva, NC has- thank you.
