There’s always room for improvement. From what I observed there’s not many others that take initiative and learn how to manage their time. There are many tasks to be completed throughout each shift. There’s a lot of individuality and others aren’t willing to work with each other. For me, I feel a bit micromanaged and I don’t need that.
