100% recommend this place, the service was amazing, Brian and Lorry made sure we understood and knew our way around our perfect and clean boat, and they made sure our life jackets were the exact size, if your ever in hot springs you should totally get these boats yall!
Brian Titan and Lori were absolutely amazing!! They made our trip even more fun!! They were so thorough in explaining everything and so professional. We will definitely come back because of the hospitality they showed us.
Hot Springs Marina is our go to place for boat rentals! The staff is always friendly, informative and patient. Lori and Bryan were so kind. Our group of senior ladies had a fantastic day on the lake in the boat rented through HSM! The two men who helped us load the boat and gave us the tutorial were so well informed and helpful! Thank you Brian and Titan. You were great! Thank you also to Laurie inside who was patient and knowledgeable! We will be back!
Employees were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Brian did an excellent job educating us about the use of the boat and map. Titan and Brian were both friendly and helpful. They made sure we understood everything but were also willing to laugh with us. Lori helped us shop and put a label on the “Peeper Keepers!”
