Excellent Customer Service I recently had to have my boat repaired while on vacation in Hot Springs. The service team were very courteous and helpful. It was a minor fix and they were able to work me in that same day. They saved my vacation time by getting my family back out on the lake to enjoy our rare time off!! Thank you so much to the Service Manager, Paul Reeves, and his team. Great work guys!!!
Very disatisfied with transaction and do not recommend doing business here. Paid cash for our purchase for our boat but were stood up when time to close. phone calls have not been returned. Repairs promised in writing have not been made. Also were charged considerably more than the price advertised in the Sentinel Record for several days over the Memorial Holidey.
