Miriam did an amazing job on my hair! She made sure that I was comfortable and she was overall very kind. I was very pleased by the end result of my haircut! Will definitely be back to get my hair cut by her again!!
I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Hottie Hair Salon and Extension Shop. I had an extension installation done by stylist Lesley, who, while friendly, clearly lacks the skill and experience needed for this type of service. The results were incredibly subpar, and it was obvious that the work was not done professionally. I don't leave reviews... But for this place I made an exception. I had a terrible experience at and feel completely let down. I came in for a consultation and was recommended specific extensions by the stylist. At no point was I told that the hair would need to be toned, dyed, or treated in any way to match my natural hair. I trusted their professional recommendation and paid $632.40 for the hair and installation.
