I don't leave reviews... But for this place I made an exception. I had a terrible experience at and feel completely let down. I came in for a consultation and was recommended specific extensions by the stylist. At no point was I told that the hair would need to be toned, dyed, or treated in any way to match my natural hair. I trusted their professional recommendation and paid $632.40 for the hair and installation. Amazing salon experience with amazing hair stylist, Lesley. From the get-go, she listened to my desires for my hair with professional concern and talent. I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Hottie Hair Salon and Extension Shop. I had an extension installation done by stylist Lesley, who, while friendly, clearly lacks the skill and experience needed for this type of service. I booked an appointment for a root touch up and weft sew in extensions and Miriam did an amazing job and I'm beyond happy with my experience. She did a great job explaining the products and process! I highly recommend this place. They were very professional and and I look forward to my future visits with Miriam!
I went in for a haircut today — my last one was back in October 2024, so everything had grown out and lost its shape. Miriam was the stylist who helped me. It’s always a good day when you leave the salon with a great haircut, but leaving with both a great haircut and a real feeling of care — that’s what it’s truly all about, in my opinion.
