I don't leave reviews... But for this place I made an exception. I had a terrible experience at and feel completely let down. I came in for a consultation and was recommended specific extensions by the stylist. At no point was I told that the hair would need to be toned, dyed, or treated in any way to match my natural hair. Amazing salon experience with amazing hair stylist, Lesley. From the get-go, she listened to my desires for my hair with professional concern and talent. I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Hottie Hair Salon and Extension Shop. I had an extension installation done by stylist Lesley, who, while friendly, clearly lacks the skill and experience needed for this type of service. I booked last minute at Hottie Hair on Maryland and was lucky enough to get a quick appointment for a haircut. I haven't had a haircut in over a year. My thin and fine hair just needed a new look! Charlie listened and gave me the advice needed as the professional and I absolutely love my new haircut! I feel younger and cute! 😍 Charlie was gentle and efficient with my shampoo, cut & style! I booked an appointment for a root touch up and weft sew in extensions and Miriam did an amazing job and I'm beyond happy with my experience. She did a great job explaining the products and process!
