I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Hottie Hair Salon and Extension Shop. I had an extension installation done by stylist Lesley, who, while friendly, clearly lacks the skill and experience needed for this type of service. The results were incredibly subpar, and it was obvious that the work was not done professionally. I went in for a haircut today — my last one was back in October 2024, so everything had grown out and lost its shape. Miriam was the stylist who helped me. It’s always a good day when you leave the salon with a great haircut, but leaving with both a great haircut and a real feeling of care — that’s what it’s truly all about, in my opinion. Any anxiety I had walking in was completely gone by the time I left, and I walked out genuinely loving my hair. Thank you Miriam for styling me— 🦋
Monica was so wonderful! She made me feel so seen and heard as compared to my last hair appointment at a different salon when I asked for cool toned slightly lighter hair and the first picture is what she gave me, lol. It was orange. But Monica gave me exactly what I wanted and actually exceeded my expectations! She styled my hair without my asking, and gave it such beautiful dimension even though I only purchased a base color. I can’t recommend her enough, you guys! She’s magic! ✨
Lesley, at Hottie Hair Salon, was wonderful with my first salon visit since before COVID. I was nervous, but she was a true professional, informative and very patient with me! I was told by other stylists that my hair color could not be matched and wanted me to color my hair. Lesley’s pick for me was a perfect match. I love my new hair! I’m overwhelmed with the daily compliments.
Jamie is a life saver! For those that take their hair care seriously and need someone who knows what they are doing.....Jamie is your go to! I previously had a horrible experience with a previous hair stylist and was in desperate need of a color correction. I was lucky enough to get a spot with Jamie and my hair was in bad shape!
