Ryan has been very helpful in advising us on materials and installation and has given us extremely good prices on luxury vinyl flooring. He has always been prompt and courteous when delivering estimates. We have also appreciated Brianna's friendly and knowledgeable assistance in House of Floor's showroom.

Both service and workmanship were excellent. Our small but difficult carpeting job was completed in a professional and personable way, and at a totally reasonable price. We enjoyed our shopping experience with House of Floors and are completely satisfied with the result. So glad we discovered them (online).

It is rare when a business exceeds my high expectations, but House of Floors did! Ryan and Becki have excellent service, fantastic communication, great follow-up, expert installers and the best prices that we found in town. They handled demolishing our old tile and installing 1,000 sq. ft. of luxury plank flooring. It looks beautiful! Thank you for the great service!

Ryan came out and gave me a fair etimate. I chose this company over big box store becuase I believe House of Floors has better integrity and are committed to great customer service. The installation team came on time and did a fabullous job from ,moving my furniture and replacing it, to carting off the old stuff. The install went verynquickly and carpet looks great! So pleased.

House of Floors removed and replace vinyl in both of our bathrooms. All of the staff was professional, pleasant and easy to communicate with from start to finish. Due to some unforeseen issues, the job took much longer than anticipated, but the end result is outstanding. And despite the fact this was a bigger, more time-consuming project than expected, Ryan stuck with the original quote and did not charge extra for the job. We could not be more pleased and will use HOF in the future for any of our flooring needs.

I had linoleum put down in my kitchen as well as replacing the wood transitions. My experience with all staff was so very nice (Ryan, owner of the business, Becky etc). At first the Linoleum was not glued down completely and had to be fixed. The customer service was always very nice, and helpful. They came out several times and fixed the problem. The appointments to both install and to repair were made easily and they were accommodating during all of it. They really stand behind their work and do it without any negativity. I highly recommend them and would use them again if I had another occasion.
