Mike was knowledgeable and professional. He took pictures of unit and gave me through answers as to what the issue was. Make is an excellent tech and I highly recommend Houston Air.

Sam Sal was great in explaining all that will be done and very responsive. I felt secure in the fact he was being straight forward and honest. We made our deal and the crew was out the next day. They came in and covered the floors to keep them clean and went to work. They worked in a safe professional manner and I was pleased with the quality of the work once done. Great company!! The technician that came out was great to work with, thourough and worked in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and explained the issues that I was experiencing.

My tech was Sammy he was very professional and did a great job troubleshooting my problem with the compressor. Still waiting to hear from warranty company on what they will cover.
