Mike was knowledgeable and professional. He took pictures of unit and gave me through answers as to what the issue was. Make is an excellent tech and I highly recommend Houston Air.

Jack is the best of all time he came out to my home talk to me and my husband as for our options did a second look over with out attic and outside equipment and he made us a great God sent deal. He is well appreciated thank God for Faith and Jack we changed our mine and we stuck with Gods orginal plan which is this company doing our new A.C. install.

I received a service call from a gentleman named Rudy I feel his delivery of my A.C. issues could have been presented to me the customer much better I quote "He stated my A.C. unit was SHOT " which to me are very disturbing to the customer especially when you are dealing with the challenges of being not so comfortable in your home you work hard for. Second time to use your company and have been very happy with the service. The reason for 4 stars is that my appointment was from 8-1 and I do know how hard it is to nail down a precise time I cancelled an early morning 8am appointment for other business. The tech arrived at 230pm and I'm not even upset about that I just wish someone could have told me that I was going to be the second or third service call of the day and I could have taken care of my other early morning business knowing they wouldn't be there at 8am. Mike was GREAT, came out, found the problem's right off the bat, fixed it and moved on to the next problem. Had me back up and running in about an hour. He was very friendly and courteous and knew what he was doing. Will ask for him again if service is ever needed.
