I had an appointment with Dr Nicholas and it was a very nice visit. He greeted me like we were old friends. He's very personable and kind. He was very gentle during the exam. He diagnosed my situation and bid me farewell until my next visit in two weeks. Dr. Nichols and his staff were very professional and thorough when explaining what I needed to do.
The environment was friendly and not threatening. His medical assistant was very helpful when I went the wrong place, she was patient enough to find me a spot to see the Doctor. I am so grateful to her for going the extra mile to accommodate me
An appointment was set on Valentine’s Day, which was also my birthday. The moment I arrived I was showered with birthday wishes. Being that it was my first visit there, they made me feel right at home . Needless to say, the staff was friendly and the service was very professional. They took the time to explain the medical issues I was having and Dr. Underbrink gave assurances that I was at the right place for the proper care that I needed. Yes, I highly recommend him and his lovely and friendly staff!
Dr. Underbrink was very nice. He listened to my concerns, looked at my ears, nose and throat. Gave me his diagnosis. He prescribed the medicine I needed. The appointment took about 15 minutes. The nurse taking the notes was not as friendly. She seemed bothered by the fact I needed her to give me the instructions for medicines prescribed by the doctor. The gave me a copy if her notes. Doctor Nicolas was very nice, patient and caring. Loved the way he treated. Prescription sent was not proper as per the pharmacy . They mentioned they have to call to verify but as it’s Friday I had to go with other medication. It would be great if prescriptions are sent properly to avoid delay of medication.
