We had hail damage and chose Houston Restoration Services (HRS)—a trusted local company with 40+ years of experience, not a door-to-door outfit. John, the owner, personally inspected our roof, worked with the insurance adjuster, stayed in touch every step, and even checked in afterward. My wife and I still go outside just to admire the new roof. The result? A BEAUTIFUL new roof that’s the envy of our neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Very Professional, They started promptly with the entire crew. Took the time to answer all my questions. The clean up was done and even helped me pick up a few branches that had fallen from the tree. They used the magnetic to clean up any loose nails or any loose metal. They completely the job in one day. I highly recommend to others. Mayta Deadrick

This was a wonderful experience with great communication and a professional approach to the job. After giving up on local contractors (South Padre Island), we found Roof Marketplace through our insurance and they set us in contact with several contractors. HRS was the most responsive, able to discuss scope and was available to go over specific details. The job was done on time, on budget with no involvement on my part. They came in and performed. I'd use them again.

John and his team were unbelievable. What a fantastic experience. John worked with our Insurance Company to secure a new roof. His team was prompt..efficient...and did an excellent job. Will be recommending HRS to everyone I know.

Just had HRS replace my roof and they exceeded my expectations. The materials look great, the job was completed quickly and John’s crew cleaned the worksite properly before leaving. This update makes my home shine like new. Very pleased.
