Stacy in the parts and service department is very knowledgeable and lets you know when they will be able to get to your repair based on how busy they are. She will call you with an estimate before making any repairs. Easy to work with and timely in returning your phone calls. I had a new awning installed that was defective and she didn't hesitate to call the manufacturer and request a new one free of charge, including free shipping. That's great customer service.
We called Howdy RV to do repairs on our Keystone Alpine camper while in Aransas Pass. Sure glad we did, awesome folks in their service department! I really appreciate the professionalism and empathy that Staci Urtiaga has shown. She has gone above and beyond. Special thanks to John Olson for his work on a very complex issue with our furnace.
Kristin Olson is the best!!! Come on down to Howdy RV in Aransas Pass and let her get you started in your 2026 RV life of living. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. And I know I use this a lot , but they consistently make you feel welcomed, wanted and important. So don’t waste your time driving far when you can get started right in your own backyard. I listed my Camper on Facebook marketplace and was contacted by Howdy Rv to consign it there I had it listed for $29,000. I said sure they listed it for $37,000 on their website . There is no way anyone even looked at it for that price, furthermore, when I went to pick it up there’s a huge scratch on the side. I contacted the owner of the company with no response. I would not recommend
I had an excellent experience with Howdy RV! Their customer service was top-notch — friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of. After the recent hailstorm in Portland, they reached out right away and came to inspect my RV for any damage. They went above and beyond by sealing and repairing any broken or cracked windows on the spot, making sure everything was safe and watertight.
