While I can't fault the roof plumber and his apprentice 'Howrah Plumbing' left me feeling disappointment with their lack of customer service . Had to postpone our first appointment and that's on me , the following two scheduled appointments no one turned up, called or event texted. After works were eventually completed asked four times for an itemised invoice for our insurance company. Being told leave it with us, I did and nothing but crickets. Two weeks later and it's too late.
