Had one of their plumbers come to fix a small leak in the connector to our dishwasher. Leak was supposedly fix although the dishwasher was not tested. Was awoken at 3.30am to find the hose had snapped the metal connector with a major flooding in the house. Received verbal assurance from a supervisor at the company that it was their fault and that they would cover the costs, only for him to turn up in the afternoon to deny responsibility leaving us with the whole mess and costs. BEWARE!!!!

TLDR: Quoted under 2K, cost 6.5k (reduced from 7.3k). Multiple rework required – leaks, errors, problems. If you need company (about 7 visits) and want to pay well above quoted price, this is the business for you. We had a leak in a few downpipes, and in the pipe filling our water tanks. Asked Howrah Plumbing to fix as they had a camera to identify where the underground leak was – in the flush pipe close to the tank.
