Unfortunately the final piece of work we had done by Howrah plumbing did not live up to their reputation or to the work they had previously done for us. There were quote revisions and zero communication about start times. There was also an unexpected significant alteration (over 25%) to the final price under the guise of works excluded in the quote. Five stars! The plumber in attendance was exceptionally polite & respectful & very capably resolved the problem quickly & efficiently, plus advised how to proceed if the problem should recur. Very helpful indeed & a credit to your company! Highly recommended!

This was my first experience using Howrah Plumbing. Very professional and friendly at the office when making the booking. Cory and Liam were very punctual and kept me informed prior to arriving. They were very professional and skilled tradesmen, very easy to talk to and completed the job in a very timely manner. Will definitely use Howrah Plumbing again when needed and would thoroughly recommend them to family and friends. Top rate experience.

Happy with the service. They always turn up in a reasonable amount of time and are reasonably professional and friendly. For this job they did have to come back a second time to completely fix the issue but they did relatively quickly.

We were given prompt service when we phoned and the young men who came to deal with the water leak were excellent. Howrah Plumbing is our 'Go to' when we require the services of a plumber. We have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
