My sister booked an appointment two days ago, she recieved confirmation of that appointment. Today upon attendance my sister was left waiting in the waiting room, so the receptionist rang to chase whoever had booked to see my sister but this was unsuccessful. In the end nobody turned up to attend to my sister, so she left feeling extremely deflated.
