We have really enjoyed living at Georgias Landing. The location is great and close to my work. Eric at the leasing center was wonderful to work with. Our townhome is located next to the trail system, which has been awesome for the dogs (the dog park is great too!). Excited to try out the pool this summer!!
Me and wife sold our home in Clayton. We decided to rent a condo and liked what Hudson @George Landing had to offer. I was a smooth move and is very quiet . It is only about 40% full and we are loving the new life style. We came here, for the amenities and quality of life. They are still building and is still quiet for community. Tons of walking trails and a new outdoor grill area. The maintenance crew is on point and is out very quickly to help or fix any issues. Eric and Julia were absolutely amazing with helping us in our transition to the area. They always answered any questions we had via email, telephone and in person, not to mention allowing us to take multiple tours to help solidify our decision. I would absolutely recommend this town home community in a great area, that is affordable!
Eric, Daniela, and Nick have all been incredibly responsive, friendly, and professional. The layouts are spacious, family friendly neighborhood, and close to the highway and much more. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a townhouse rental.
My whole experience from when I found Hudson at Georgia’s Landing and started working with the leasing team, Julia and Eric to the virtual tour; to signing the leasing agreement; to moving in from California to Raleigh NC was pleasant. I really like the community. The only issue with me is having to drive to the postal office to picking mails and not knowing when the PO will start delivering mails to my mailbox. Happy to be here.
