I went in thinking that I had a transmission issue, they did a diagnosis and fortunately it wasn’t. The video explanation provided was helpful for determining whether I wanted to continue with the service or not. The online approval process was also itemized and I was able to decide on the services I required. The cost was a little pricey 😒 but the service was professional, fast and I was on the road faster than I thought.
Service Advisor Donnie went above and beyond to make sure we had an stress-free repair. He handled our warranty company and our rental car. Overall an outstanding experience, we have been Hudson customers for a few years now, experiences like this keep us Hudson customers.
Chris is a true professional. He was very good at giving timely updates on our vehicle as it required extended repair time. He really made sure that we were taken care of, customer service and financial wise. Dealerships needed more like him!
