Had a very pleasant experience at Hudson Nissan of Charleston. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Marcello. He quickly explained the process and told me he would keep me informed during every step. He did an outstanding job and treated me with respect and kindness. As always a top notch experience. I moved to Summerville, but always come back to this particular dealership to have my car serviced. Bought my car here and they have always taken care of me (and my wife’s vehicle). Couldn’t see me going anywhere else. Kind, calm, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I usually drop off my car for service and do not wait, but on my last visit, I found out that the service department is not very efficient with customer time. A 2 1/2 hour oil change is not efficient in my opinion, especially if you have an appointment time and you indicate that you will be waiting and not dropping off when you set the appointment. Upon delivery of my used Tesla I noticed that there were some scratches in the exterior of the car that my sales person assured me would be fixed but they were not. He scheduled a time to come back in because it was late and the detail team was gone for the day. Also, as we were leaving the dealership the tire pressure was low in one tire, so on the way home we had to put air in the tire.
