I had a great experience at Hudson Nissan West Ashley. We were able to look around for a long while before we were approached by anyone (a definite plus). Our salesperson, Tabatha Ravenell was so kind and friendly. She is well mannered and highly knowledgeable, with a sweet hometown demeanor you would love for your son to marry! Recently purchased my pathfinder in November 2024 from Nissan West Ashley and everything from the sales department to the service technicians (got my first oil change last week) has exceeded expectations. Couldn’t be more pleased. We were so happy with our experience my husband bought a truck there 2mo ago.
I went in thinking that I had a transmission issue, they did a diagnosis and fortunately it wasn’t. The video explanation provided was helpful for determining whether I wanted to continue with the service or not. The online approval process was also itemized and I was able to decide on the services I required. The cost was a little pricey 😒 but the service was professional, fast and I was on the road faster than I thought.
I’ve been going to this dealership for years to have my Nissan and now my Audi serviced. Marcello is the most helpful and knowledgeable person to work with. He really goes out of his way to keep my cars safe and reliable.
