Update on previous bad review and current situation. Went in for this oil change, staff was friendly and the wait was reasonable. The previous issue I had was fixed to my satisfaction. I am very happy with the Pathfinder I purchased. Also, a nice thing was when I was being taken to my car they let me know recommended maintenance would be due on my next visit, what needed to be done, and exactly how much it would cost so I wasn’t surprised next visit.
Wonderful service. Patrick always makes sure I have all the information about things my car needs to keep running smoothly. He never pressures me and is willing to prioritize the problems to make it more affordable for me each time. Everyone is always pleasant and friendly.
I have always had great service at Hudson Nissan but this experience was by far the best. They communicated every step of the way, they worked so fast and could not have been nicer. If you get the chance to work with Jake you’re in for a great experience hands down!
My experience was great. My advisor, Tim Brock always does an outstanding job. I’ve known him for several years and he always takes care of me and looks out for the longevity of my Nissan Altima. How they recommend five stars 10 ranking. Whatever it takes!!!
