On a recent visit, I was helped by Gail in housewares when I was buying from a gift registry. After going back to my car, I couldn't locate my phone. I made the trip back to housewares desk to see if I had left it there. Gail helped me look in areas I had been in and called my number several times to see if we could hear it. No luck! I left the store and was on my way home ...suddenly my phone rang in the car through bluetooth....iIt was Gail. She was concerned and thanks to her extra efforts, I knew the phone was with me even though I still couldn't locate it until a thorough search could be done. She is a great ambassador for your store. I am so thankful that she went the extra mile to help.
