Recently I had an "issue" - not a huge one - at The Bay in Ottawa. I decided to fill out the survey that is promoted on the bottom of the receipt - politely and honestly. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed when I received a call from the store manager - Chrystal Duperron - within a few days. She was apologetic and sincerely concerned about the experience that I had had in her store. I truly appreciated the call.
