Great store and selection in the past. Unfortunately, their escalators and elevator have been out of service for months now so no access to the department on the second floor. Wasn’t going to bother figuring that one out so I just went to buy what I wanted elsewhere.

Newly renovated and looks nice but doesn’t have everything like other major bays. Staff was giving me looks but overall not too aggressive. I prefer other bay stores cause they are bigger and have more variety. It has two floors, bottom has women and perfumes and jewelry and upper is men and home appliances and furniture.

Help was horrible!!! Girl hiding in clothes picking her nose!!! I needed to buy a coat for a funeral. I am not french and was made feel like a 2nd class or lower citizen!!!! If there were stars less than one that's how I would rate this store!!!

If I could put 0 stars, I would. If you guys want a good and working vacuum... DON'T GET FROM DYSON. I have first hand experience with them and my Dyson broke before I could use it to its fullest. I called their customer service 5 times to try to address and fix the issue and finally on the 5th time they told me they were gonna send me a new one if I send them the old one in the box that they will provide me with. They were having a sale... but for members only???... I'm not a member, don't want to be...just a customer... not enough I guess... so I didn't buy anything since it was on special for everyone elsewhere! and please teach the basics of customer service to your cashiers...
