A very special thank you to Rose in the jewelry dept at kelowna's Hudsons Bay. Was in with my husband looking for something for a gift on a recent Friday night and two women working the dept. one woman was just sort of standing around and Rose, who was with another customer. No acknowledgement from the one lady but Rose made sure to acknowledge us and once she was free proceeded to help us. She was extremely helpful and even though we were so undecided never once made us feel rushed or that she was growing weary of us. We purchased a gift and proceeded to look at watches as well. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Thank you Rose, it's people like you why customers keep coming back.
