I visited this location as I was passing by. This location is really old and there is not much in terms of merchandise to browse through. Their items are really outdated and ugly and mainly out of size. Their shoe section is really messy and everything is misplaced. The staff is not really friendly and helpful, and I had a few of them asking my not to touch the items or not to take pictures of items. The only good point here is that there is free outdoor parking and also a big mall just to walk for a few mintues.
I was at Hudson Bay today. They dropped the price a lot. Their shoes verity and price was good. The store was very clean and organized. The staff were really friendly and helpful. This store located in good area with lots of parking space. I totally happy with this location and highly recommended.
Visited on a Sunday to purchase some cologne. Although the men's counter was not manned the lady on the women's perfume counter next door helped me out. Although they didn't stock the brand I asked for, the lady was very knowledgeable and presented me two two similar options. There was plenty of choices on offer and she helped me save time finding an alternative to what I was after. Excellent service. I noticed that this Hudson's bay was smaller than I expected with the second floor closed.
I came here to see what's on sale on Bay Days. This department store is the oldest retail corporation, which started as a fur trading business.
I wish it had a zero star option, I recently visited the Hudson Bay store and was extremely disappointed by the unprofessional behavior of the employees and the misleading sales practices. While browsing the sales section, I found a Nine West item clearly labeled at $100 with a sign indicating a 30% discount on all Nine West brands. However, when I went to pay, the cashier informed me that because the item was priced at $99.99, it did not qualify for the discount.
