I love The Bay! It makes me feel nostalgic 😄. I remember my mom taking me shopping at The Bay when I was a kid.. I like that they have higher end items and that their standards are quite high. They have a great selection of perfume and colognes etc. And of course the layout is great. Wide aisles. Easy to find stuff you do not feel claustrophobic at all. Still a great store after all these years! I recommend trying it again if you haven't been there for a while..
I went to the bay, penticton, british columbia(2111 Main St, Penticton, BC V2A 6V1) on 30th april 2024. I did some shopping and one employee asked us to buy met gala ticket for $5 happening on 8th may 2024. We denied first as we weren’t available on that day in the city. But she told us that you can pre-order anything from the store and get 15% off on the bill and get some “gifts”. Then we went ahead and bought the ticket. Sunday June 27, 2024 1:23 PM really awful rude service from “Kirsten”. Condescending and apathetic. Obviously they don’t care about their customers and have an aversion to accountability. I came here a week ago and there was no service at all, which honestly was more enjoyable.
A real treat to shop at. Hit a great sale on towels and sheets up to 50% off. Very helpfull staff. Will be going back as a forever store. The ladies were a hoot.
The service was excellent. A bit of a wait when there’s more than one customer in the area. Disappointed that seniors discount not applied to fragrances! Skeleton staff but store quiet. Watch battery $23 replaced in under 10 minutes- Tasha(?) came and tapped me on the shoulder while I was browsing to let me know it was ready. Great service.
