Worst experience ever. Maid appointment month ahead, simple 2 hours repair turn in 2 weeks and first 10 days no one contact me with any explanation. When I get to store and complain, they were so disrespectful and complained that I don't need to complain bc that is how they do things. No apologies, no, sorry, just yelling from 4 different people who work there. My suggestion is to drive 100 miles and pay more but save your self anger and be respected as a customer.

Took my old boat in to get work done on a recuring problem they have tried to fix several times. Told me they checked it out very well and couldn't find anything wrong with it and charged me. Got home to find out they did nothing . The battery was unhooked and several other signs it was never even started. When I showed the owners wife videos with time stamps showing it was still winterized they acted like i was lying even after proving the service manager lied about the battery being hooked up.. Kyle and his team are the most professional and competent group I have ever seen in a dealership of any kind. Not often you find this in today's world! They have taken extremely good care of my Centurion and I was referred to them by a happy customer as well. I cannot say enough and look forward to along relationship in the future!
