Found Hughes Marine about 5 years ago and they were able to save our vacation and get us back on the water within a day. We live about 6 hours from Branson and save all of our boat work to get done for when we come for vacations. They have always been fair and honest with us and if there's things that I've asked to be done that doesn't need to be done they will be honest and let me know that it can wait another season or two. TIM and I worked together to get a 2020 Yamaha VX Deluxe. I got a great bargain on it from him. if you want to purchase a jet ski, boat, or trailer. You should absolutely collaborate with Tim. I've never dealt with a salesperson as easy as he is. He made purchasing this jet ski quick and straightforward. He also showed me how to load and unload while we were out on the water. Additionally, give it a try. He was present to ensure that everything operated well. In summary, Tim will not disappoint you.
Please, please, please do not take your boat to Hughes or purchase from them. I could write this review pages long, but in short we purchased a boat May 2024 from Hughes/Kyle Hughes. Everything seemed great. 1-2 weeks later we started having issues with the boat not starting. Kyle agreed to make it right for us. We spent the entirety of last summer with Kyle and the Hughes team claiming time and time and time again to have "fixed" the issue, but it was never resolved. Hughes Marine is absolutely the best! The team went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of on our boat. They even put in extra time after hours to get it all done and shined her up beautifully. Truly a family-owned business that treats you like family too. From my 30 years experience of boating on Table Rock lake , I have delt with several marinas to service my ski boats, the last marina kept charging me for work that was not completed and where rude about it.
