Hunter and Rentals is a scam. They will make up reasons to keep your deposit, without ever showing proof of reasons. They also don't allow you to be there for the final inspection, so they come up with lies and reasons to keep your money. They treat the tenants like crap as well as invade their privacy. Just take a look at all of their 1 star reviews on Google.

If we were able to post the photos of how “clean” you left the home, it would show the public what we deal with. Instead of a responsible level-headed approach to discussing your missed cleaning items, we received awful emails, calls and unpleasant in-person visits from you. You waste valuable city resources by calling the police because you received an email from us letting you know that your cleaning did not pass and you claim we stole money from you when no money transactions have even occurred.
