Dr Devi Patel filled me in on the entire procedure, good bedside manners and shows he cares. My colonoscopy was completed with no issues. Will have a follow up visit in Sept.
Had my first colonoscopy there today and the staff is super nice and one nurse in particular name Janett was awesome. Doctor Maria was very informative and make you feel comfortable, definitely recommend this place
Dr.Steven Matthews is terrific. First colonoscopy he explained everything. The nurses are terrific, Jannett and Amy were so caring.
Called because they state that they have a 1 minute procedure to fix and prevent the return of Hemorrhoids and they told me they would give information to the scheduling department and I waited 3 hours to call back after I had not heard anything from them and they proceed to tell me that it could take a day or 2 for someone to get back to you. It’s not like hemorrhoids are a scheduled thing that happens by the time they get back to you they will probably go away on their own. I would not recommend them unless u have time to ... read more
Very happy with the care I received from Dr. Devi Patel. From our consultation to the actual procedure, she was professional, compassionate and friendly. I highly recommend her. The front desk and nursing staff were all very helpful and friendly. At no point during the procedure did I not know what was happening. My only critique is not of the staff, but the surgery suite they were in…they need more room! They are crammed in there like sardines and can hardly wheel a bed to the OR without hitting another patients bed.
