I don’t like leaving bad reviews but please AVOID this place. After being diagnosed here I complained about my medication not working and was told that all the medications for my condition are the same and was kept on the same medication that wasn’t working for me and was told “see you in six months”. After months of suffering I looked for a new doctor and finally found a great place to be treated. My experience with Dr Patel surgical team went extremely smooth. Allyson in pre op was kind and calming, her bedside is amazing. My nurse Jessica and I think the other was Kate where very informative, professional and thoughtful. Dr. Patel is amazing! Informative, kind and her professional bedside brought me assurance that everything would go well. This was the best experience I have ever had doing a precedure that I don't rank as being my favorite. C Lane
Dr.Steven Matthews is terrific. First colonoscopy he explained everything. The nurses are terrific, Jannett and Amy were so caring.
Called because they state that they have a 1 minute procedure to fix and prevent the return of Hemorrhoids and they told me they would give information to the scheduling department and I waited 3 hours to call back after I had not heard anything from them and they proceed to tell me that it could take a day or 2 for someone to get back to you. It’s not like hemorrhoids are a scheduled thing that happens by the time they get back to you they will probably go away on their own. I would not recommend them unless u have time to ... read more
Very happy with the care I received from Dr. Devi Patel. From our consultation to the actual procedure, she was professional, compassionate and friendly. I highly recommend her. The front desk and nursing staff were all very helpful and friendly. At no point during the procedure did I not know what was happening. My only critique is not of the staff, but the surgery suite they were in…they need more room! They are crammed in there like sardines and can hardly wheel a bed to the OR without hitting another patients bed.
