My experience working with Erin, the property manager and John the maintenance manager here at hunters Pond was great. The Apartment had a couple of challenges, but they jumped right on them and solutions were discussed. I love the layout of the apartment. I love having the woods outside my sliding glass door with the deer that have come up and eaten. Thank you.
A good apartment complex to live in if you’re first starting to live on your own. It’s a quiet area. Everyone for the most part neighbor wise are nice and keep to themselves.
Don't move here if you have pets. Even if they are listed on your lease agreement they will suddenly decide to tell you to get rid of them.
I am very happy with my experience renting at hunters pond. The apartment looked great and had everything I needed. Sandi was a perfect property manager and great to work with. Any maintenance issues were addressed quickly and there was good communication from the management team.
I had a tour set today at 9:30 am. I waited for almost 50 minutes and no one had shown up. I am highly disappointed as I work full time, go to school full time and have a toddler that gets the rest of my time. I hope in the future they will be able to communicate appropriately and arrive at the appropriate time.
