I like this facility. I wish that when you’re running late someone would let the waiting patient know.
My experience was great! The staff was very patient and friendly. They were informative and thorough as far as explaining the procedure and expectations goes. They assisted me with my mobility issue due to my recent surgery. They were understanding of my fear and pain and supported me as best as they could. The entire staff worked well together and all understood their roles. Everything moved very smoothly and in a timely manner. I would most definitely recommend this imaging center to anyone.
Organized and efficient staff. Front desk was very nice. Suggestion for improvement is the on line appointment web page. It kept timing out after a few minutes and never seemed to work.

Employees were nice. I arrived at 1:45 pm as I was requested to by the appointment desk. I was not seen until 2:45 or so because they were running behind schedule. I did not.think it was fair for me to pay 9.00 for parking, I was late going back to work. The technician was good, asked questions so she can give the person reading the report as much information as possible.
Great front desk personnel. Fast service. In and out within 20 minutes.
Very quick registration process. Short wait before I was called. Tech was very professional and good at explaining the procedure
