My scheduled appointment went as planned. The only thing I had to do was review/update a 2 page medical history form and explain my symptoms. I was called back within 10 minutes of walking in the door. I do recommend that you schedule yourself over walking in, but depending on your situation that may not be feasible. The preliminary burse was efficient. The nurse practitioner was in my room about 5 minutes after. This may not be the norm, as I was seen at around 4:00 and they were closing at 5:00. Great urgent care! No wait when I visited last week .Everyone is so nice and the facility is modern and clean. I will recommend to family and friends!
Walk-in or appointment i have had to use their services four times in the last twelve months and in all cases , the medical staff went above and beyond to ensure that I received proper care and proper medication. Physician takes the time to review all medical information , pertaining to the patients. If you have access to "share my medical records" share your records with other medical care facilities , it makes it much easier for doctors to the china than the bass course of treatment.
I've been to this location multiple times in the past few months in pretty rapid succession unfortunately, for back pains and a sinus infection. I haven't always seen the same person, but everyone of the staff has been professional, freindly, and matter of fact. They operate very quickly, but also very willing to listen and give feedback, not rushing anyone in and out without proper care. They have been a great team throughout all my visits and my experience has been great every time.
Came here to have my daughter seen quickly after waking up feeling sick. They were quick, kind, facility was very clean, and they were very organized. I’m grateful for this quality of service nearby.
