Went in because I was feeling horrible! Wanted to make sure I was okay because I was supposed to visit my mother over the holidays who has ALS and can’t afford to get a viral infection. All tests came back negative. Was given a steroid shot and a script for cold medicine. They said they would sent a swab off for additional testing. I still felt bad so stayed home but since test came back negative, my wife and daughter still went to visit. After day after they got there they both became sick. Waited nearly 2 hours for my 10am appointment. There was a DOT at 8am, so it took awhile to catch up. Still, the wait seemed too much. (3 stars) The office staff was polite, professional and methodical. Brock and Urban listen and understand. They (and staff) aren't arrogant or pretentious - and seem to understand myriad of diagnoses to be able to treat and prescribe.
I've been to this location multiple times in the past few months in pretty rapid succession unfortunately, for back pains and a sinus infection. I haven't always seen the same person, but everyone of the staff has been professional, freindly, and matter of fact. They operate very quickly, but also very willing to listen and give feedback, not rushing anyone in and out without proper care. They have been a great team throughout all my visits and my experience has been great every time.
Service was quick, efficient. The receptionist recognized I was in a. Great deal of pain and did not require me to get up and down to fill out forms or make payment. I appreciated her thoughtful response to my needs.
Came here to have my daughter seen quickly after waking up feeling sick. They were quick, kind, facility was very clean, and they were very organized. I’m grateful for this quality of service nearby.
