Horrible service. After they took over our condo association, the nightmare began. They started to hire maintenance crew to do repairs on condos without permission. They did not have our authorization as the repair has already been completed with a private company, yet they still went ahead and ordered the repair to charge you back no matter what. Every time I email any issues and concerns Chantelle never fails to give me a quick response and how to go about it. Her assistance is and always by par the best that I could get. There might not be a solution all the time but I always feel that genuine care and support from her. I believe that not all gifts are wrapped and tied with fancy bow. There is also gift of service. And glad to have that kind with Chantelle. Thank you!
Wilfred and I Lori Mayrand moved into our condo in November and have had very positive dealings with Josh, Angela, Chantelle and Cory. Cory has recently joined us as our project manager and with her positive and encompassing disposition has been very efficient in helping us solve are needed situations.
Our Property Manager(Pam King) is efficient and professional. She returns calls and emails in a timely fashion. She has good knowledge of the condo rules. I have no experience with any other Management companies so can't compare but so far no major issues.If you are looking for a Property Manager I would suggest Pam.
