Simply do NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Since December 2025, my condominium has been dealing with basic management issues. The garbage bins are frequently not put out on the correct collection days and, when they are, it often happens on the wrong dates, causing the trash to pile up and overflow in front of the building for days. Cori Sylvester and Huron Shores Property Management are great. They keep all of us informed timely and thoroughly in the Woodhaven Villa Condo/Townhome Association in LaSalle. We get great service now that they’re with us and they’ll even approach the Town of LaSalle to make sure we’re in compliance. They do their best to keep our association costs low while maintaining a comfortable reserve fund. We’re very happy with the lawn & snow maintenance crew as well. Keep up the great work! Huron Shores Property Management, harass tenants and condo owners share holders of condominium properties where I have a vested interest in every square inch of my unit and property. If you require any property or condo management stay clear of Huron shores property management. Understaffed inexperienced very rude.
