SAVE YOUR MONEY…DONT SIGN UP BIGGEST SCAM EVER!!!! out of the 5 attorneys only two called me back. one was booked until March and the other stated I needed to call around for second opinions. you could tell she didn’t know much about tenan/lanlord laws. she was abrupt and quick to get off phone. The value I pay for this service every month is not worth it. I will be letting people know don’t bother. you can’t get help anyways. if I could unenroll now…I would.
I signed up through my employer. My experience with MetLife Legal hasn’t been good. There are no lawyers in my area who accept this plan. I had to pay out of pocket for my divorce and my chapter 13 bankruptcy. I did submit for reimbursement and they say it takes 7-10 business days for your trinity be processed but it’s been over a month. I have not been notified about the status of my claim and when I call I’m being told that they are backed up and in November they supposedly just got through the Oct claims.
