I recently rented a storage unit and had a great experience. The facility was clean, well organized, and easy to access. Lauren at the front desk was extremely helpful, professional, and kind throughout the whole process. She made everything simple and stress-free and answered all my questions. Excellent customer service — I highly recommend this location!
It is fine in a quiet location. However our unit had some water and rodent issues. There is often puddling water in the general area on a lowland. They raised the price 30 percent after a year. The initial price was good, so this seems to be their system for bringing in customers and then raising the rate.
Hyper storage is a locally owned gem! It is clean, well maintained competitively priced. The managers Paul and Ian provide exceptional service they are friendly, courteous and very, very helpful.
I had a great experience with the facility and the people working there. They were extremely accommodating, helpful, and took the time to explain the whole process and answer all my questions. The place is clean, and their prices are very competitive, probably the best you can find around for the space that is given and the convenience that is provided, like drive-accessible. Highly recommended space storage facility.
Paul and Ian are great! The space is clean, easy to access and well maintained. Price is very fair. Getting set up and moving out was really easy as well!
