RecommendedMy puppy has been sick since the day I got her. Constantly having to have her checked. The first time she became very ill, a hospital I took her to began to treat her for pneumonia but the entire time I was left feeling hopeless and told there was nothing I could do to help her. very caring, honest, and loving. I, unfortunately were tasked with the hard decision to put my Dobie down or try to fix a problem that could potentially never really be fixed. I spoke to by Dr. Welch in length and she was honest and very sincere. They gave us a chance to have our last moments with my best friend and then the peacefully helped him to the Rainbow Bridge. I will be forever grateful for Sarah and Dr. Welch. Thank you

I carried my baby in late at night because he somehow impaled his foot with a sprinkler spike. Dr. Robinson was kind and thorough. There were two other ladies that were most helpful. One was Brandy, and I failed to get the name of the other lady. I had to carry my dog in the door. The lady rushed to get him, and took him back for immediate attention. I had two little sleepy boys with me. They were provided pillows and blankets; one was even later carried to the car. They lifted my pup into the car as well. I don’t kn... read more
I-20 AMC has done an amazing job of taking care of my pups when I needed them most. The staff is amazing and I really appreciate that they always call afterwards to check up on my babies. Thank you for all the help!

So hard to find a vet open on a sunday let alone Easter sunday. But we had a emergency and they got us in and out in a couple hours with good news and a referral to a eye specialist. The poor staff was so caring and sweet even when you can tell they are under staffed. That didn't change on how they treated. We would recommend them. Got my baby boy home!
