RecommendedMy dog was having a “ruff” time all the sudden, her regular vet was not open weekends due to COVID-19. I called I-20 and thankfully they were accepting non-existing patients, where as most places were not. The diagnosis was CHF- they have taken such great care of her. Dr Robinson and team are knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. They’ve explained to me step by step on what’s next- with each follow up visit. Having a dog with CHF is NOT cheap- but I-20 makes it worth every cent.

We needed to take Han in today for a torn dew claw. From the initial call in to the check out, the process was seamless (even with needing to stay in our car due to CoVid) The staff is very courteous and organized and were ever so sweet to our baby boy Han (all 92lbs of him)!!!!

We have been going to I-20 since 2006, and have always had a great experience with everyone. I would say in the last year when I’ve taken my dog to get his shots, your front desk staff have not been always welcoming or very friendly. No one smiles most of them appear to be in a bad mood. I have called in the past to find out if I needed to make an appointment for a procedure that my dog needed and was told “no, you don’t need an appointment if you are here by this time.” When I arrived I was asked if I had an appointment, an... read more

They are just the best. The doctors and staff are so caring and helpful. They treat my pup like she is their own. We will continue to come here and I highly recommend this business. Thank you for all you do.
We were so devastated to have to say goodbye to our sweet 15 year old pup, but the staff here took such good care of our girl and of us. They were so kind and compassionate, explaining everything, every step of the way, and spending as much time with us as we needed. I had never gone through this before, and I was so grateful for all they did for us.
