Extremely terrible customer service! New management the Manager Marquet terrible management skills .. I have been at this location over 15 years .. Moving everything out .. I highly recommend do not use this facility. The past people or owners before much better. Ignorance that’s all I can say about the manager.
Online rental was so easy and the entire place is so neat and clean. I love the space and race car theme. The front desk staff was so helpful.
They are clean can’t complain about that. Only one bathroom in the office. They don’t open at 8:30 or even 9 for that matter they seem to open when the person opening feels like it at least the office so if you have to talk to someone you have to wait till maybe 10 that’s if they don’t close and go look around. Overall not bad but it is annoying having to wait till they decide to open.

The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, with easy access and plenty of space for unloading. The staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any questions or concerns.
