Repair of my Altima.
My car was recently purchased, when the rear defrost would not shut off. The service manger, repair person, could not have been more helpful. When it was realized the repair would take longer than thought I was immediately offered a loaner, help with securing the grandkids and sent home. They even sent a serviceman to my husbands work to retrieve the key fob since they need to re-program the car. All in all I was very pleased with the work. Cheri Gersak

Great service!
Always receive fast and courteous service. The service people take my car on the appointed time and I have a comfortable wait in their facility while the repairs are made.

My new Altima
I started out visiting I-90 Nissan "just to test drive" a new Altima so I could compare and then go and purchase a new Toyota Camry (I have owned 3 Camrys). We were greeted by salesperson Karen Billman (she's terrific) who showed us a new Altima. We are happy to say that we never made it to the Toyota dealer. Our experience at I-90 Nissan was, by far, the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. Karen sat with me for almost an hour explaining how everything worked (usually a salesperson just hand you the owners manual and a key without much explanation of how the car works). I must say that not only is I-90 Nissan an excellent dealership, I am the proud owner of a new Altima (fantastic vehicle). Thank you Karen and the staff at I-90 Nissan!

OMG! DH just bought a car from their Mark (IMOHO the best car sales transaction we ever had!!) from start to finish, w/o question best move we ever made!! Highly professional, we were treated with respect and integrity from everyone there we dealt with... Priceless!!

LOVE OUR 2014 NISSAN SENTRA !
We just purchased a 2014 Nissan Sentra. Our sales person was Keith Cantrell. Our business transaction with him from the moment we stopped in to start looking to the point of the sale, was exemplary. There never was one time we were pressured, made to feel like Oh, you better buy this car before someone else gets it, it won't last long, etc. His way was the way you sell cars. We love our car. This model is perfect for us, It handles awesome and the visibility from all windows is great. We averaged 34 mpg on a three hour trip we took on the highway. I 90 Nissan is the way to go. We will be looking for another car to replace our other car and we will definately buy from 1 90 Nissan with Keith Cantrell as the salesperson.

amazing attention to the customer for sale and ser
I purchased a 370z here this fall. The buying experience was perfect and I have purchased many new cars in the past so I have many to compare to. Today I brought it back for an oil change. The service manager was sincere and helpful. Very friendly. The waring area is clean and spacious. Plenty of refreshments to enjoy while I waited and a nice t.v. I look forward to purchasing my next car here. The owner is in the store and is extremely nice as well...and willing to make good deals.
