While the installation of the water heater was fine, the manner in which this company spoke to me and treated my tenant was completely unprofessional.1. I called at 9am. **** showed up at 11am, diagnose the problem, he left to ******* for the replacement part. He NEVER RETURNED OR CALLED. Came back after hours next day. $1k charge!! STEER CLEAR @COST!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I made an appt with ****, he came out on Friday 13th, when he left, he took the new thermostat I had just purchased. He did not provide a quote on parts, labor or anything on what was needed. We called him on Tuesday to see what was going on. He did not return the call until a week later. When he finally called back, he told me he had ordered parts, which I did not authorize, and now he won't return the new thermostat. This is so unprofessional, and I would not recommend this company. Business response:
The customer knew I had a minimum diagnostic and labor fee of $190.00. As of date this has not been paid. I had discussed with the customer and his son that I would return the thermostat upon payment of outstanding bill. The parts that he had me order I will return without charging a normal restocking fee.
