DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I made an appt with ****, he came out on Friday 13th, when he left, he took the new thermostat I had just purchased. He did not provide a quote on parts, labor or anything on what was needed. We called him on Tuesday to see what was going on. He did not return the call until a week later. When he finally called back, he told me he had ordered parts, which I did not authorize, and now he won't return the new thermostat. This is so unprofessional, and I would not recommend this company.
