I’ve seen Dr. Ian for nearly a decade, and he’s been instrumental in helping me understand and manage my bipolar diagnosis. His insight, humor, and no-nonsense approach have brought me clarity, self-compassion, and helped me navigate relationships with empathy and understanding. I had my first appointment and was really happy with Ian. her asked questions to get me talking & to open up(something I struggle with) abd was so patient.
Ian has helped me through some difficult times by helping me to find the tools to navigate them, I am very fortunate to be his patient.
I 100% recommend anyone to see him because he will genuinely listen. Also, there is no judgement at all and I don’t feel weighed down after our sessions.
