The Front desk staff member KK was amazing. I was feeling horrible and had my 2 year old daughter with me. They were extremely accommodating with my daughter getting her juice and gold fish. The nurse that saw me was extremely great as well, very great communicator and friendly. The doctor of course was just as good. I felt that the whole staff had my best interest in mind and wanted to help me in every way. Exceptional service and made me feel welcomed and cared for!
I had to take my son to ICare Emergency Room, and the experience was excellent. Michelle at the front desk was welcoming and helpful, making the check-in process smooth. Once we were brought into a room, Rachel, our nurse, truly stood out. She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. Her exceptional care made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you to the entire team for providing outstanding service!
iCare was amazing! KK at the front desk, along with the rest of the staff, was incredibly kind and professional. They went above and beyond to accommodate both me and my toddler. Having urgent care and the ER in the same facility was so convenient and made a stressful situation much easier. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of medical attention!
Excellent care, quick and efficient. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Dr is awesome, so down to earth and treats children like little adults. He answers all their questions in a way that they understand and makes them feel included in their treatment. The front desk staff and nurses were great too! Will be taking all of my family there from now on!
My 11 month old son was having an allergic reaction to something he ate so we decided to take him to I Care because it was the closest place to our house. We walked in and they had us back in the patient room in just a couple minutes and were able to evaluate him and get him the treatment he needed. The staff was so friendly and caring! Honestly this is the best urgent care experience I have ever had. Thank you so much to all of the amazing staff and Dr. Abawi!
