The Front desk staff member KK was amazing. I was feeling horrible and had my 2 year old daughter with me. They were extremely accommodating with my daughter getting her juice and gold fish. The nurse that saw me was extremely great as well, very great communicator and friendly. The doctor of course was just as good. I felt that the whole staff had my best interest in mind and wanted to help me in every way. Exceptional service and made me feel welcomed and cared for!
Front desk experience and attention were quick. Great and friendly staff! I have a very specific medical condition that restraints me to certain prescription and the doctor acknowledge that, not very much do! Place is clean and well maintained. Would definitely visit again!
I brought my 2 year old in on a Saturday to be looked at for a reallllly bad cough. When I came in the front office helped get my son registered, explained what tests were offered and how it all would work. We waited for about 5 minutes and was brought back. The nurse was so sweet and efficient. Explained everything in detail and tried to comfort our boy in the process. I walk in ask if my visit would be and office visit with copay was told it would be an Emergency Room visit front desk girl ask me about co insurance or copay. I told her I did not have no money before she started asking about payments ask her to bill me. Before I sat down I ask her to check so that I cannot waste my time. She said Emergency Room visit do to my reasons for coming there even tho I had not been triaged and I have co insurance. Excellent care, quick and efficient. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Dr is awesome, so down to earth and treats children like little adults. He answers all their questions in a way that they understand and makes them feel included in their treatment. The front desk staff and nurses were great too! Will be taking all of my family there from now on!
