Excellent care here! I appreciate the nurse (Amanda) and doctor (Gutierrez) listening to my concerns about the medication they wanted to give me in the ER. The staff seem genuinely concerned and the care didn’t feel rushed. Not sure what the bill will be since they are out of network as a free-standing ER but the care I received was very good.
On a Friday afternoon, I took my daughter in for illness and she was able to be seen right away. The staff is so caring and supportive! I’m not sure how this one facility recruited two of the best doctors and two of the best nurses I’ve had the pleasure to interact with. Incredibly clean facility with great processes in place.
My first time here. The staff were very friendly! Everyone showed genuine concern for the pain that I was in. My nurse Amanda was very knowledgeable and made sure I had what I needed to rectify my pain level. I honestly didn't know what to expect. Everyone here made me feel at ease. I will recommend any one that needed emergency care to try them out. You will not be disappointed.
We had a great experience. My 7 year old broke her wrist. They got her into a room, X-rays and in a temp cast all in less than 2 hours. The staff was friendly and did so good working with her. The place was clean and organized. Highly recommend.
Great!! Had a great experience. Scheduled appointment online and when I arrived was seen very quickly. Everyone was polite and very thorough helping solve my issues.
