The Front desk staff member KK was amazing. I was feeling horrible and had my 2 year old daughter with me. They were extremely accommodating with my daughter getting her juice and gold fish. The nurse that saw me was extremely great as well, very great communicator and friendly. The doctor of course was just as good. I felt that the whole staff had my best interest in mind and wanted to help me in every way. Exceptional service and made me feel welcomed and cared for!

Front desk experience and attention were quick. Great and friendly staff! I have a very specific medical condition that restraints me to certain prescription and the doctor acknowledge that, not very much do! Place is clean and well maintained. Would definitely visit again!

I brought my 2 year old in on a Saturday to be looked at for a reallllly bad cough. When I came in the front office helped get my son registered, explained what tests were offered and how it all would work. We waited for about 5 minutes and was brought back. The nurse was so sweet and efficient. Explained everything in detail and tried to comfort our boy in the process. My husband was having a hypertensive crisis and I immediately took him to be seen at iCare in Forney. We had absolutely no wait time and every single staff member from the front desk to the doctor was amazing!! I absolutely loved our nurse! They were all so kind and helpful, making us feel extremely comfortable and confident in the care we received. I pray the service remains on this level. It was a top tier experience for us and I'm so grateful!

I had to take my son to ICare Emergency Room, and the experience was excellent. Michelle at the front desk was welcoming and helpful, making the check-in process smooth. Once we were brought into a room, Rachel, our nurse, truly stood out. She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. Her exceptional care made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you to the entire team for providing outstanding service!
