I had an amazing experience at this urgent care center this morning, and I can't recommend them enough! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process quick and easy. I recently visited the clinic for a medical issue, and I was absolutely thrilled with the entire staff and Dr. Kipp. Everyone was incredibly helpful and attentive, and they were able to effectively treat my symptoms. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great medical experience.
I got online found them online booked an appointment for 10am. Arrived about 15 minutes before our appointment. After checking in which was very quick we sat long enough to cross my leg before being called back. The nurse assessed my daughter and a few minutes after she left the room the Dr came in. I was very impressed with the cleanliness, the short wait time, and the friendlessness of the staff. Will definitely go back if needed.
Given that I had to be in the ER, it was a good experience. They were quick to get me seen, kind, and attentive. I felt heard and received great care. They did not send me home until we all felt I was ready.
