Great doctors and staff. Also runs very smoothly. I was in and out within an hour! The place I went to first had a 3 hr wait to be seen. Will definitely go there again for after hours urgent care.
I got online found them online booked an appointment for 10am. Arrived about 15 minutes before our appointment. After checking in which was very quick we sat long enough to cross my leg before being called back. The nurse assessed my daughter and a few minutes after she left the room the Dr came in. I was very impressed with the cleanliness, the short wait time, and the friendlessness of the staff. Will definitely go back if needed.
This medical facility is absolutely amazing. They treated my family and I so well that I’ll always be grateful for their care. The doctors, and nurses, and paramedics are absolutely wonderful and they were so compassionate. I want to send huge thank you to all the staff at ICare! I’m so glad I went there, I received such great care. Thank you all for everything you did for me
I had a terrible back pain that I felt so over my upper back. Octavio and Dr. Kipp helped me within an hour of me walking in the urgent care and told me the medicines they were going to give me and how it would affect me. They were extremely professional and were very patient with me. The receptionist was also transparent with how the billing was going to work and gave me the option to take it or not. It felt like they truly cared about their patients and weren't trying to take advantage of someone in pain.
The two RNs and Dr. Kipp were phenomenal to work with. Their laughter and joy was infectious and you could tell that they love what they do! The facility was extremely clean. I had an appointment and was in and out in literally 30 minutes. I highly recommend visiting iCare/El Dorado for your urgent care needs.
